Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie

Delicious smoothie full of protein and antioxidants!

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 banana

  • 1-2 mint leaves

  • 1 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk

  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder

  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen protein powder

Procedure

Blend together in a blender, adding in some ice if needed to reach desired consistency.
