ISP: Nutrition Chemistry

Although my initial interest in nutrition started in my kitchen in an attempt to create muscle-building meals, I cultivated my working knowledge of complex nutrition sciences through my Independent Study Project. Although I’ve orchestrated most of the curriculum by myself, I’ve worked very closely with my proctor: Ms. Schmadeke, the Head of the Latin School Science Department. We’ve focused on the nuances of macronutrient food groups and I’ve started to compile our workings through this blog.
