Preparing meals has become an integral part of my knowledge of nutrition. As I started getting more serious about building muscle, I became very serious with my food. Like many, I thought chicken breast and eggs were the extents of what I could eat. However, they aren’t opposing forces. I learned to balance taste with muscle-building macronutrients. Now, with those two things in mind, I love to create new recipes or perfect old ones. My all-time favorite recipe is my “protein french toast.” Perfect for muscle building, but with the taste comparable to a Michelin 3-Star Chef, maybe. I’m very excite to share some of my other favorite recipes with you under the blog section!
I can’t wait to see the next challenges cooking will offer me. My recipes are far from perfect, which is as exciting as it can be frustrating. There will always be another recipe to be crafted!
