Protein Powder Oatmeal

I developed this recipe while in a muscle-building phase. This became my go-to breakfast and/or post-workout meal. I love changing the toppings I use, some of my favorites are honey, coconut chips, or raisins.

ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cup of Old fashioned oats

  • 1 Serving Protein Powder

  • Mixed berries

  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter

Procedure

  • Heat oats submerged in water with the microwave. Or boil water, add to oats, and stir 

  • Mix in protein powder (I use Tera Whey Vanilla Protein Powder)

  • Add mixed berries, or banana

  • Add almond butter, honey, or any desired topping!
