Protein Powder Oatmeal
I developed this recipe while in a muscle-building phase. This became my go-to breakfast and/or post-workout meal. I love changing the toppings I use, some of my favorites are honey, coconut chips, or raisins.
ingredients
1 ½ Cup of Old fashioned oats
1 Serving Protein Powder
Mixed berries
2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
Procedure
Heat oats submerged in water with the microwave. Or boil water, add to oats, and stir
Mix in protein powder (I use Tera Whey Vanilla Protein Powder)
Add mixed berries, or banana
Add almond butter, honey, or any desired topping!
