Brownie Skillet

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ cup coconut sugar

  • 3T cocoa powder

  • 2T butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ⅓ cup semisweet chocolate chips

  • Ice cream

Procedure

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grind the pecans in a food processor until mealy. Add the dry ingredients and combine in the processor. Add the butter, egg and vanilla and combine. Fold in the chocolate chips and put the mixture into a skillet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Top with ice cream and serve warm.
